In contrast to our shared hosting solutions, your data is isolated on a dedicated virtual private server.
Where are your Cloud VPS servers located?
You have the option to host either in our North America-based facility or our Offshore datacenter in Europe. Both facilities deliver excellent speeds globally; however, for optimal performance, we recommend that you select the facility nearest to the majority of your visitors during checkout, unless offshore hosting is required.
Is there a limit to the number of websites I can host on your Cloud VPS?
No, there are no limits. Our Cloud VPS can be partitioned and organized according to your needs. You can use it to host multiple websites or apps by distributing the resources as required. To simplify the process, you can install a web hosting control panel like DirectAdmin, aaPanel, or cPanel.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my VPS plan?

Do you offer any guarantee for your services?
Yes, UnderHost guarantees 99.9% network availability. If network availability falls below this threshold in any month, we offer credits as compensation. These can be claimed for up to 50% of the monthly service fees for servers affected by the downtime.
Do you provide backup services?
Yes, we do. We understand the importance of your data. We offer regular automatic backups to ensure your data is safe and can be restored in case of any unforeseen circumstances as an addons for our Cloud.
